Reversal

Looking at the footie results tonight, it all seems very different from this morning. The optimism of the Scots shattered by a last-minute goal in a match littered with poor decisions from the officials. Scotland deserved better, and this husband of a Scot feels they were cheated of a deserved place in the finals. England, on the other hand, now have to lose to Croatia to blow it, courtesy of a remarkable win by Israel against Russia. I'm sure that's still within our capacity, but there have been some good England games recently, so anything could happen.

There's no justice in the beautiful game.
