Just back from the excellent Dave Gorman on his SIT DOWN, PEDAL, PEDAL, STOP AND STAND UP tour at the Lancaster Grand. He's going from the southernmost to the northernmost bit of the British mainland via the westerly and easterly extremities. On a bike. I love the Grand. Dating back to 1782, it's an intimate and wonderful building, staffed by volunteers and a very different experience to the much more contemporary Dukes around the corner.
