Dino the dog update

It looks like the name is going to stick - sorry to everyone who has good taste. We've signed the paperwork to have him on a permanent basis, and he seems to be settling in. Still a bit nervous when new people arrive, so we are taking a bit of care at the moment, but he'll calm down.
