Therapy music

Actually it's a question and a chance to write one of those lists. Our Church has a listening course, and after the exercise, they wanted to play something over the PA to signal to people to come back together. The idea is to have something amusing, but vaguely connected.

Candidates so far:

1) Shout - Tears for Fears
2) Listen - Buddy Holly.
3) Talk Talk - Talk Talk
4) I Don't Want to Talk About it - Everything But the Girl/Rod Stewart /(for purists) Crazy Horse*

*sung by Danny Whitten the writer of the song, who died Nov 1971.

Other contributions welcome

PS Dissertation count 9176 words (excluding footnotes)

Two ideas by Queen:

"Who wants to live for ever?"
and
"I want to break free"

Change by Tears for Fears
Pick up the Pieces by Average White Band
Really Saying Something by Bananarama
Just What I Needed by The Cars
Glad It's All Over by Captain Sensible

but even better,

wait for it,

by Sir Cliff of all people,

We Don't Talk Anymore

Top that.

I suppose we could be crassly insensitive and play:

Paranoid - Black Sabbath
21st Century Schizoid Man - King Crimson
Psycho Killer - Talking Heads

But they would need serious therapy after that

Not in any particular order:

Kajagoogoo: Too shy
Gabrielle: Give me a little more time
No Doubt: Don't speak
Shalamar: I can make you feel good
The Pasadenas: I'm doing fine now
James Taylor: You've got a friend
Bee Gees: I've gotta get a message to you
Lighthouse Family: Lifted
Boyzone: Words

Nice ones, Chemical.

I suppose there's always

Talk Talk by Talk Talk

or

Listen, do you want to know a secret - Gerry & Pacemakers
