My first thought when I saw Hazel Blears' now infamous line was that it reminded me of Mrs Thatcher: "you turn if you want to; the lady's not for turning." Not seen that comparison made but I think it must have been in the background. Dangerous to identify with Mrs T especially at the anniversary of her becoming PM in1979. What is Ms B up to?
