A few days (maybe weeks) ago, I heard Maconie & Radcliffe inviting suggestions for cover versions of songs that were better than the original. Got me thinking too.
Are the covers of Tambourine Man or All Along the Watchtower by the Byrds and Hendrix better than the Dylan originals? Was Joe Cocker's With a Little Help... better than the Beatles?
