Not a great folkie myself, but this is a great band to see live. Sometimes it's just Steve Knightley and Phil Beer, and sometimes they are augmented with an amazing bass player called Miranda Sykes.
Just heard some sad news that Steve's 6yr old son has been diagnosed with a form of leukaemia. The release on the web-site describes it as life-threatening but curable, so here's hoping and praying it's the latter.
